Mirch Masala is one of the new restaurants in Torquay. Mirch Masala has a modern contemporary interior but serves all traditional India dishes. Some of the must-try dishes are; Sharisha Jinga (Spicy king prawns cooked in spices, mustard paste and yoghurt - try this if you do not mind eating spicy food), Tandoori, Chicken Makhani, Biryani and Murgh Marsalam. The restaurant is open daily from 12 noon to 2 p.m. for lunch and from 5:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. for dinner. On Fridays and Saturdays the restaurant is open till late.
