How to Add Flavor and Zest to Your Vegetarian Dishes

There is no hard and fast rule when it comes to spicing up a dish vegetarian style. Be bold and experiment with dissimilar herbs, spices, condiments and ingredients. The key word is moderation. Vegetarian flavor

Find new tasty vegetarian recipes is not an easy task. Whether you stick to a strict vegetarian diet, evidence of water, or simply looking for a meal without meat can taste very difficult to find vegetarian-friendly places in this bowl. But I have four recipes for you who are heavy division in the taste and I'll tell you my belly!

Vegetarian Spaghetti

1 pound pasta
2 (8 oz)Sauce
1 cup broccoli rosettes
1 can corn (drained)
A cup of sliced carrots
1 cup sliced mushrooms

Before Cook pasta as usual by boiling a large pot of lightly salted water. Add noodles and cook until translucent and tender. Drain.

Second in a bowl, broccoli, mushrooms, corn, carrots and tomato sauce. Place over medium heat and cook for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

For the third service, place the noodlesa plate and make a sauce with generous portions.

A Mediterranean chickpea salad

Chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1 (15 oz) chickpeas, beans
1 Roma (Plum), the tomatoes, seeded and diced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 lemon, juice
1 small clove garlic, minced
2.1 medium green bell pepper, diced Bell
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Before Mix all ingredients used in a bowl. Cover with a lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate until. Serve

Spinach Frittata

2 eggs
1.8 V. teaspoon nutmeg
4.1 V. teaspoon onion powder
1 cup chopped spinach leaves
1 1 / 2 teaspoon tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper (to taste)

First in a small bowl, beat eggs and spinach and parmesan. Add nutmeg, onion powder, salt and pepper. Mix well.

Coat a second small skillet with cooking spray or olive oil and heat over medium heat. Pour the mixture and simmer for about 3 minutes. At that time,was to begin. Turn and cook other side for 3 minutes. Reduce heat and cook until cooked.

blacks beans and rice

1 cup instant rice (white, preferably)
In 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 can stewed tomatoes
Drain one can of beans blacks (not)
V. 2.1 tsp garlic powder
C. oregano 02:01 Tea

First fry the onion in oil in a large pot. Do not let onions brown. Add the beans, tomatoes, garlic powder and oregano. Conciergecook. Stir in rice and cook. reduce heat, cover, a soft environment and simmer.

Remove the second after five minutes, remove from heat and let sit for 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
