Vegetarian - My experience with the vegetarian chili

Vegetarian food is not as easy as some are. Among the freshest vegetables and produce for the local market, peeling and washing each well, takes time and effort. This article is my experience with vegetarian chili, a really good recipe if you have some time.

I know what many of you may think, Vegetarian Chili, it's terrible this is. "I agree with you, probably a few years ago,my chili dish was then loaded with fresh bacon and ribs. Throw in a beer can and now you were really cooking. Unfortunately, only one of these recipes, which have contributed to my weight gain forty pounds, was to change so urgently needed.

We speak of my love again, vegetarian cooking, I decided to master my version of chili without meat. What I really need is an adequate substitute for fat that cola, which was so fulltastefully. Now the bacon was not as bad as the wonderful pieces of imitation bacon use, but what could I do to the taste of fat.

Since the fat of meat is primarily an oil and an unhealthy way in which good, I thought of a substitute for natural fats in canola oil tasty meat. How low in saturated fat and rich in mono saturated fatty acids, has its health benefits as well. But the real advantage is the taste. He's only a taste of food that has really helpedlong time.

My recent experience with vegetarian dishes of this type usually produces a lot of frustration because it is so difficult to imitate some of the flavors of meat, even though their health risks. Then I pressed further in this quest for a great chili, and decided to select hours vegetables. A mix of fresh peppers, mushrooms, onions, garlic, zucchini, tomatoes, basil, tomatoes, beans and vegetable broth I rolled and I took the recent acquisition Cooker "Slow"for this particular recipe.

The chili powder I used was a smoky flavor, mix and I added a small amount of cayenne to give it some kick. I like red beans, cans then drained. For about five hours to cook down. I steamed a bit 'of brown rice, and poured the concoction on top.

My experience with the vegetarian chili was not without drama, when friends came to enjoy this pleasure. Unfortunately, the answer was a bit 'mixedthere were more complaints then compliments. I was wrong with the vegetable stock, because it was small and kind of salt flat in taste. Well, at least in the back of the drawing board. At least I have my fiber for the day.
